Poway, California - Dudek Law Firm APC is proud to announce that firm founder Frederick Dudek will be speaking at this month's meeting of Parent Advocates Seeking Solutions (PASS) on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church in Poway, California. The meeting is from 7:00 P.M to 9:00 P.M., and Dudek will be providing information about the law and its application to children and adults with disabilities.

PASS was founded in 1997 as a support group for parents with children aged

15 and older who have developmental disabilities. PASS's mission is to help parents of developmentally disabled teens and young adults cultivate fulfilling lives for their children, protecting their rights and enhancing their quality of life.

"California law includes significant differences for children and disabled adults, and it is important for caregivers to know these legal rights," said Dudek. "An experienced attorney can help you understand these special rights."
