THE Pole formerly included a spring loaded clamp that holds any cell phone securely up to 4.3 inches in width. Uses the 1/4" threaded universal mount, THE Pole now includes both the spring loaded clamp and a GoPro universal clamp. THE Pole is further expandable to use with any device that uses a standard 1/4" threaded camera mount.
THE Pole The Pole Selfie Stick collapses down to less than 1 foot in length, but expands to over 3 feet in length. This length allows much better 'selfie' photos, and also permits the user to use THE Pole for action sports (particularly with a GoPro camera) such as skiing and snowboarding.
Selfies are not just a fad but a way of capturing the moment. The possibilities are incredible - much wider selfie photos, higher vantage point photos & safer photos with operators not having to hang their arms and bodies in the way of danger.
Connections are established through Bluetooth technology, allowing the user to press a shutter button to take a picture. Android devices with OS 4.3 and above also have the capability of zooming in/out from buttons on the handle of THE Pole next to the shutter button.
